This is a mural size portrait of "American Buffalo" as it appeared at Circle in the Square Downtown in the 80's. It is nine feet long, graphite on rag paper. It was wonderful to literally draw a portrait of a play, with the wonderful set full of junk to make that world come to life. The set was designed by Marjorie Bradley Kellogg, and it was an artist's dream for material. I think this piece is one of my best. Just read a biography and realized that Ms. Kellogg also writes science fiction, when for years I thought the author was a different person!
